Once the short film is completed, the vision is to develop Tourist Town into a 30-minute animated T.V. series.

The current Tourist Town project is in Phase 1, which consists of animating a short film to serve as a proof of concept for the larger Tourist Town TV series. So we're looking for production companies to take Tourist Town to the next level.

The TV pilot script has been honored in several high-profile screenwriting contests. It was a semi-finalist in the Emerging Screenwriters Animation Contest, in July 2024, and a quarterfinalist in the Stage 32 New Voices in Animation contest in October 2024 (and is still in the running for the semi-finals).

The Tourist Town project also received a $2,000 Anne Mckee Artists Grant for funding, however, this barely scratches the surface of animation costs.

The Go Fund Me Campaign is trying to raise $28,000 to help fund the initial 10-minute short script, and any extra funds will go towards the FULL 30-minute pilot episode.
